Pursuant to Decision 5/2004, Article 5 (2c) of the HCMC, EFKLEIDIS S.A. informs the investing public that the sale of its own 200,000 common registered shares was drawn to a close on Wednesday, November 9, 2005. It is reminded that, the aforementioned shares, had been acquired via the ATHEX at an average selling price of ?0.25 per share, according to the Extraordinary Shareholders' General Meeting resolution of 31.03.2003. More specifically, the aforesaid shares were sold during the period from 30/03/2004 until 31/03/2004 and represent 0.23% of the total share capital of EFKLEIDIS S.A..
