The Boards of Directors of HELEX and Athens Exchange signed a Draft Merger Agreement on 23 September 2013; this agreement was subsequently submitted to the General Commercial Registry on 9.10.2013 (K2-6139 & K2-6137), in accordance with the publication requirements of article 69 §3 of codified law 2190/1920, with the relevant announcements published in the Government Gazette on 10.10.2013 (publication IDs E118259 & E118258 respectively, Companies & G.E.MI. issue).

Shareholders of the companies being merged have the right to inspect and receive copies of the merger documents provided for by article 73 §1 of Codified Law 2190/1920, in accordance with applicable legislation, at the offices of the two companies (110 Athinon Ave, Strategic Planning, Communication and Investor Relations Division; tel +30 210 3366616). The abovementioned documents are available to shareholders of the companies being merged starting today.
