In accordance with Article 275, par. 9 (d) of the ATHEX Regulation the Company ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB S.A., informs the investment public, that the regular tax audit for the fiscal years 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005 was concluded on 28.03.2007. From the aforementioned tax audit, additional taxes and charges of Euro 2,824.49 th. were assessed, while the payment of the amount occurred one off.
The aforementioned amount is fully covered from the provision for the un-audited tax periods that our Company formed, charging the results of the fiscal year 2006.
