According to Article 275, par.9(d) of the ATHEX Regulation and Article 10, par.1 of L.3340/2005, the company KLEMMAN HELLAS S.A. informs the investing public about the completion of the regular tax audit for the fiscal years 2001-2004. From the aforesaid tax audit, the company paid in total EUR 436,401.52 in taxes and surcharges, which will burden the results of the fiscal year that ended 31.12.2005.
