PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A., in compliance with paragraph 9δ of the article 275 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange and with paragraph 1 of the article 10 of the law 3340/2005, announces to the investment community the completion of the regular tax audit for the fiscal years 2003, 2004 and 2005. Taxes of total amount of Euro 750.061 resulted from the tax audit. The Company had formed a provision of Euro 600.000 for the above mentioned fiscal years and the aggravation for the fiscal year 2006 will be Euro 150.061.
