As part of the obligations of the Company to inform the investing public, Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) announces that the regular tax audit of the Company for fiscal years 2003, 2004 and 2005 was completed, as well as the audit of ASYK, which was merged with the Company in 2005, for fiscal years 2003 and 2004.
During the tax audit, additional taxes and penalties amounting to Euro 263,642.03 were assessed, which were paid. This amount will not burden the results of the current fiscal year, since an appropriate provision has been made in the financial statements of 31.12.2006.
It should be noted that the tax audit judged the books of the company to be sufficient and correct, and no irregularities or omissions were noted that would affect them.
