In application to the Shareholders' decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting on September 12th 2001, our company has acquired during the period commencing from September 12, 2001 and ending on September 11, 2002, 5,250,000 shares or 7.39% of the company's share capital, with an average price of 5.52 Euro.
