Following the article 275 par.9d of the Athens Exchange Regulations and the article 10 par.1 of L.3340/2005, it is notified that, during the financial year 2006, a regular Tax Audit of the Company was performed, concerning the fiscal years 2002-2004. The income tax payable, resulting from the above, amounted to EURO 57.504,00 and it will be carried into the results of the financial year 2006.
