OPAP S.A., by enforcement of par. 9d article 275 of the ATHEX regulation, informs the investment public that the tax audit for the fiscal year 2005 has been concluded.
The book of accounts was accurate and sufficient and no informalities or omissions were found affecting the accounts validity.
The tax audit resulted to payable taxes amounting to 3.503.850,37 euro, paid to the Hellenic Republic in one lump sum amount. Out of the above amount 2.803.850,37 euro will burden and be recorded in the results of the fiscal year 2006.
