Completion of the tax audit for the fiscal years 2004 and 2005

In accordance with the article 276, of the Athens Exchange Regulation, P.G. NIKAS SA announces that the tax audit for fiscal years 2004 and 2005 has been completed. Income tax assessments amounted to EUR 1.426.723 of which EUR 900.000 is covered by tax provision which was charged to the previous years. The balance will be charged to the results of the fiscal year of 2007.
