According to Art.4, par.1, item ε of the Capital Market Committee's Decision 5/204/14.11.2000 we notify you that the member of board of directors of the Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Thessaloniki SA, Haralampidis Dimosthenis son of Periklis, who was acting as employees' representative was retired and therefore his post is now occupied by Vasiliadis Dimitrios son of Evaggelos. The composition of the Water Supply and Sewerage Company's board is now the following:
