AEGEAN AIRLINES hereby announces, in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.1 of Athens Exchange rulebook, the conclusion of tax audit for fiscal years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.

The tax audit resulted to taxes, fees and penalties of 2,413,071.98 euros. The Company challenges aforementioned tax differences and plans to resort to the Committee of article 70B of Law 2238/1994. Therefore the amount of tax differences will not burden results for the fiscal year 2013.

It is noted that the Company's tax provisions booked for the respective fiscal years amount to 1,400,000 euros.
