CORPORATE ANNOUNCEMENT

Following the announcement of GENOP-PPC regarding the debts of the public sector to the PPC and in particular the debts of Water Supply and Sewerage Companies amounted to € 20 mn., EYDAP S.A. informs the investment community that not only the Company doesn't pertain to the list of PPC debtors but on the contrary, it always pays on time and within the relevant deadlines the electricity bills to the Corporation.
