Corporate Announcement

 EYDAP within the frame of symmetrical and timely information to the investment community announces that:

a)    following a decision of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks (WSNs: ΒΛ9Ι1-KOH) an amount of  58.350.823,44 euro, was approved for payment to EYDAP SA to cover the deficit of pension benefit account of the company's staff until the 06/30/2013,

b)    by order of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks, EYDAP collected the amount of  15.927.354,04  euro, from water supply arrears of the Division of construction works for road maintenance until 08/05/2013 and

c)    following a decision of the Ministries of Finance and Interior, published in the Government Gazette no. 2410/26-9-2013, EYDAP received the amount of           149.447.102,49 euro, for the settlement of debts of local authorities and legal entities of  general government, that have been overdue at 07/31/2013.
