TRASTOR will not distribute dividend for the financial year 2014.

The Company clarifies that the Financial Results will be announced after the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange session, on the company's website www.trastor-reic.gr and on the Athens Stock Exchange website.

The Company has the right to amend the above stated dates provided that the investors will be informed on time with a new announcement.
