COSMOTE has completed the transfer of its entire participation (65%) in the share capital of the Cypriot company COSMOTE TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CYPRUS) Ltd (COSMOTE CYPRUS).

COSMOTE has completed the transfer of its entire participation (65%) in the share capital of the Cypriot company COSMOTE TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CYPRUS) Ltd (COSMOTE CYPRUS).

COSMOTE announces that, following a decision of its Board of Directors dated 01.04.2004, it has completed the transfer of its entire participation (65%) in the share capital of the Cypriot company COSMOTE TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CYPRUS) Ltd [COSMOTE CYPRUS], in which it participated jointly with the Greek company GERMANOS ABEE and the Cypriot company Cyprus Trading Corporation Ltd, to which its participation was transferred.

The transfer of COSMOTE's participation in the above company, accompanied by a change of the corporate name to CTC Telecom Ltd, followed the withdrawal of COSMOTE CYPRUS from the tender for the granting of the second mobile license in Cyprus, which took place in November 2003 and for the purposes of which COSMOTE CYPRUS was initially constituted.
