OTE assigned to COSMOTE, based on the latter's know how, expertise and experience in mobile telephony, the task of preparing - as an independent advisor - a study regarding CosmoRom's perspectives in the Romanian mobile telephony market.

The study was presented today to OTE's Board of Directors.

COSMOTE states that it will have no further involvement with respect to CosmoRom.
