The Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Ltd will convene on Wednesday, 27 August 2003 to examine, among other matters, the financial results of the Bank of Cyprus Group for the first six months of 2003.

On the same day, the financial results will be announced to the Stock Exchange and the Press and will be presented to analysts, brokers and investors in Cyprus at 5.30p.m. at the Group?s Headquarters in Nicosia.
