DATE OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT AND PUBLICATION OF THE FIRST HALF 2011 RESULTS

Athens,Greece. ALAPIS S.A. (hereinafter the “Company” or “Alapis”), announces that οn Tuesday August 30th 2011, First Half 2011 financial results will be announced after the closing of ATHEX session and Data and Information for the period 01.01-30.06.2011, will be published on Wednesday August 31^st in the newspapers KATHIMERINI and IMERISIA which will also be posted according to the article 5 of the law 3556/2007 as integral part of the Financial Report for the six month period 01.01-30.06.2011, on the company's website (www.alapis.eu) and on the website of Athens Exchange (www. athex.gr).
