The Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus will convene on Thursday, 12 May 2005 to examine the financial results of the Bank of Cyprus Group for the three months ended 31 March 2005.

On the same day, the financial results will be announced to the Stock Exchange and the Press and a Press Conference will be held at 4.00 p.m. at the Group's Headquarters in Nicosia.
