The Board of Directors of the Bank of Cyprus Ltd will convene on Wednesday, 25 February 2004 to examine the preliminary and final audited financial results of the Bank of Cyprus Group for the year 2003.

On the same day, after the closing of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) and Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), the financial results will be announced to the Stock Exchanges and to the Press (a Press Conference will be held in Nicosia).

At 6.30pm of the same day, the financial results will be presented to analysts, brokers and investors in Cyprus at the Conference Room of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (2nd floor).
