The Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Ltd will convene on Wednesday, 19 May 2004 to examine the financial results of the Bank of Cyprus Group for the three months ended 31 March 2004.

The financial results will be announced during the Annual General Meeting of the Group, which will take place on the same day, as well as to the Stock Exchange and the Press.
