OPAP S.A. is pleased to announce that it will release FY2003 results on Tuesday, February 3, 2004. Results will be released prior to the commence of trade on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE).

The management of OPAP will address their institutional investors to present the Company's full year 2003 results during a Conference Call to be held on the same day. Invitations to participate in the Conference Call will be dispatched once dial-in numbers become available to the Company.
