In accordance with article 16, par. 10 of the law 2190/1920 and article 290, par. 2 of the ASE Regulation, the Board of Directors of the Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. announces that, following the decision of the Company''s General Assembly on 31.05.2006, intends to acquire up to 500,000 own shares, or up to 0.949% of the issued capital, during the period 05.01.2007 and 31.05.2007 at a lowest price of Euro 5.0 and a highest price of Euro 25.0.
