21/01/2014 – Developments in the merger procedure with SELONDA SA

Dias Aquaculture SA (the “Company”) informs the investing public that the memorandum of understanding, dated as of 03.04.2013 and signed between the Company and Selonda Aquaculture SA (“Selonda”) regarding the merger of the above mentioned companies through the absorption of SELONDA by the Company, in accordance with articles 69 et seq. of C.L. 2190/1920 and articles 1-5 of Law 2166/1993, since 21.1.2014 has been terminated.  The Company will inform the investors for any further developments on the issue.
