PPCS.A.announces the resignation of Mr. Konstantinos Zontanos as a Member of the Board of Directors of PPC S.A., and his election by the Extraordinary General Meeting of HEDNOS.A.replacing the up to date Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. George Kollias.

HEDNOS.A.is a 100% subsidiary of PPCS.A.

PPCS.A.will make a further announcement in relevance to the formation of the Board HEDNO S.A. in a body.
