The company PROMOTA S.A. announces that concerning the syndicated loan, there was no agreement with the banks, which exercised the put option proceeding in notice of termination. The efforts of the company to recall the aforementioned action did not reach a positive outcome. The Company faces lack of liquidity, continues, however, its full restructuring aiming to the attraction of a strategic investor.
