The company NIREFS S.A. announced today that its Ordinary Shareholders' General Meeting of June 28, 2005 approved, inter alia, the distribution of a dividend amounting euro 0.064 per share for the fiscal year 2004, payable to shareholders on 26/8/2005 via the Central Securities Depository in Athens. Beneficiaries of the said dividend will be company shareholders, whose names will have been registered on the Shareholders' Register of the company on 12.8.2005, at the close of the ATHEX's trading session since as of 16.8.2005, the trading of the company's shares will be carried out ex-dividend on the ATHEX.
