Disclosure according to article 2 of the H.C.M.C. decision No 3/348/19.7.2005 Following the article published in the newspaper EXPRESS on the January, 26 2006 regarding the alleged withdrawal of the company from the Athens Stock Exchange due to the organic consolidation of UNILEVER's companies in Greece, it is announced, in accordance with art. 2 of the 3/348/19.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that the abovementioned information is false and is far from the reality.

Furthermore, regarding the alleged "withdrawal" of ELAIS - UNILEVER from the Athens Stock Exchange, as we have repeatedly stated in the past, such a decision is only up to the intentions of the company's major shareholder (UNILEVER); it is impossible for us to know these intentions as well as the intentions of any other shareholder.
