ATEbank informs the investing public that following the completion of its Share Capital Increase by two hundred and eighty nine million, nine hundred and ninety nine thousand, nine hundred and ninety nine Euros and eighty cents (€289,999,999.80), its share capital now stands at one billion fifty million, five hundred and seventy three thousand, three hundred and twenty nine Euros and forty cents (€1,050,573,329.40), divided into one billion seven hundred and fifty million, nine hundred and fifty five thousand, five hundred and forty nine (€1,750,955,549) common registered shares bearing voting rights, with a nominal value of sixty cents (€0.60) each. Each common registered share entitles its owner to only one vote in the Shareholders General Assembly.
