ATEbank informs the investing public that following the completion of its Share Capital Increase by seven hundred and six million two hundred forty six thousand six hundred sixty three Euros and twenty cents (€706,246,663.20), its share capital now stands at seven hundred sixty million five hundred seventy three thousand three hundred twenty nine Euros and sixty cents (€760,573,329.60), divided into one billion two hundred sixty seven million six hundred twenty two thousand two hundred and sixteen (1,267,622,216) common registered shares with a nominal value of sixty cents (€0.60) each.
