The Water Supply and Sewerage Systems Company of Thessaloniki SA, announces the following:According to the written statement towards the Capital Market Commission and our company, on the 27^th of January 2012, the Development of State's Private Property Fund SA according to the Law 3556/2007 discloses that there was a percentage change in the share capital of ‘The Water Supply and Sewerage Systems Company of Thessaloniki SA'. Specifically, the change is due to the transfer without consideration from the Greek State of 14,520,000 shares of EYATH (a percentage of 40%) to the Development of State's Private Property Fund SA, under an execution of an off-exchange transaction according to the provisions of the paragraphs 4 and 5 of the article 2 of L.3986/2011 “Urgent Measures on the Implementation Framework of the Medium Term Fiscal Strategy 2012-2015” (Government Paper 152/A') and the number of 195/2011 (Government Paper 2501/B') decision of the Ministerial Committee on Restructuring and Privatization (DEAA).The Greek State controls 100% the Development of State's Private Property Fund SA and as such it controls indirectly all voting rights.
