The Annual General Assembly Meeting of FRIGOGLASS S.A.I.C., which took place on June 8, 2007, approved the distribution of dividend of 0.32 euro per share for the year 2006. Holders of FRIGOGLASS shares at the closing of the Athens Exchange on June 12, 2007 will be entitled to receive the dividend. As of June 13, 2007, the Company's share will trade ex dividend. The distribution of dividend will commence on June 20, 2007. The dividend will be paid in accordance with the new procedure specified by article 329 of the Athens Exchange Regulation and article 39 of the Central Securities Depositary Regulation. The dividend will be paid by EUROBANK as follows:
1. To the shareholders' operators (custodians - stockbrokers), provided that they have been authorised to collect the dividend. 2. Directly to the shareholders, through the network of EUROBANK branches, upon proof of identification and their SAT account information, in the event that their portfolio is maintained at the Central Securities Depositary and they have revoked the relevant authorisation to an operator for the collection of dividend. The collection of dividend by a third party (i.e. not a shareholder) is possible only if, in addition to the above documents, such third party is authorized to collect the dividend on behalf of the shareholder, with authentication of the shareholder's signature by a police officer or other competent authority.
