The company XYLEMPORIA S.A. announced today that its Ordinary Shareholders' General Meeting of June 27, 2005 decided the fiscal year 2004 dividend to amount to euro 0.04 per share for common shareholders and euro 0.14 per share for preferred shareholders. Beneficiaries of the dividend in question will be company shareholders, whose names will appear on the Shareholders' Register of the company at the close of the ATHEX's trading session on August 5, 2005. As of the next business day, August 8, 2005, the share of the company will be traded ex-dividend on the ATHEX. The payment of the fiscal year 2004 dividend will begin on August 25,2005 and will take place in the registered offices of the company in Elefsina during business days and hours, viz. from 09:00 till 14:00 (M-F). In addition, the said dividend may be paid via the authorized users of the beneficiary-shareholders in the DSS (brokerage firms and banks).
