The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting dated October 14th , 2005 decided the distribution of an interim dividend to its shareholders as an advance payment of the dividend for the fiscal year 2005. The exact amount of interim dividend per share will be determined with a subsequent decision of the Board of Directors based on the net Company earnings of the period 1.1.2005 -30.9.2005 according to the relevant accounting financial statement.
