The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today, March 30, 2004, approved the Balance Sheet and the financial statements of fiscal year 2003 and decide, among others, the distribution of Euro 0.60 dividend per share.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2004 by crediting an Alpha Bank account or by the issue of a banking cheque.

Therefore, the Bank's share, as of March 31, 2004 will be negotiated without the right to the dividend of 2003.
