The Company announces that the Annual General Assembly of its Shareholders, held on Friday, May 27 2005, approved the distribution of dividend for the fiscal year 2004 amounting to euros 0.70 per share.

The dividend is free from taxes according to the Law 2238/94 as it was modified and stands. Eligible for the dividend are the Shareholders of the Company at the end of the Athens Exchange trading session of 27.05.2005. From 30.05.2005, the shares will trade ex-dividend.

The dividend payment will commence on Monday, June 27, 2005 through the branch network of EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS.
