Agricultural Bank of Greece announces that its B.o.D., in its meeting of 20/3/2006, decided, regarding the financial year 2005, to propose:
- a dividend distribution of euro 0.07 per share and
- a capital return of euro 0.05 per share at the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting of 4/5/2006.

Therefore the total paid sum will amount to euro 0.12 per share. Entitled shareholders and the payment commencement date depend on the relevant approvals of the competent supervisory authorities. The Group of companies capital adequacy ratio remains in excess of 11.7%.
