The Company announces that the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders that took place on Thursday, 20th of May 2004, decided the distribution of a dividend of 0.60 Euros per share in respect of the year 2003. The above amount is free from any tax withholding in accordance with L. 2238/1994 as amended and in force today.

Beneficiaries of the above dividend are the shareholders of the Company at the end of the Athens Stock Exchange trading session of 20.05.2004. As of 21.05.2004 the shares of the Company shall be traded in the Athens Stock Exchange without the right to receive the above dividend.

The payment of the dividend shall commence on Monday, 21st of June 2004 and shall be made at all EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS branches. After the 31st of May 2005, the dividend shall only be paid through the main offices of the Company at the following address: 23rd km. Athens - Lamia National Road, Agios Stefanos, Attica.

In order to collect the dividend the shareholders must produce their Identification Card, tax number and indicate the competent tax authority. The collection of the dividend through a third party shall be possible subject to the production, in addition to the above, of an authorization setting out the full particulars of the beneficiary and certified as to the authenticity of the signature by the Police or some other public authority.
