BETANETs Annual General Shareholders Meeting on 17.6.2004 decided the dividend payment of euro 0.14 per share for the fiscal year 2003.

Beneficiaries to the above dividend will be the investors holding BETANETs shares at the end of the Athens Stock Exchange trading on June 18th, 2004. From Monday, June 21th, 2004 all companys shares are trading at the Athens Stock Exchange without any right to the above stated dividend.

The procedure and date of dividend payment will be decided on a later meeting of the Board of Directors and will be publicly announced through the press and the Athens Stock Exchange as well.
