PC Systems S.A. announces that according to its Ordinary General Shareholder Meeting decision on 6/25/2004, the dividend for fiscal 2003 comes to 0.015 Euro per share. Eligible for dividend are the shareholders on record as of the end of the ASE session on 7/16/2004. The company's shares will be traded ex-dividend on 7/17/2004.

Dividend payment will be undertaken by NOVABANK bank with the advising of N.D. Devletoglou. The payment will commence on 7/27/2004 and through 7/27/2005 will take place on weekdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm from the branch on 25-29 Panepistimiou Str., 105 64 Athens, (Mr. George Altis and Mr. Andrew Protopapas, tel 210/3316394). Dividend payment will be made through the authorized representatives of eligible shareholders on the Dematerialized Securities System (Brokerage Companies and Banks).
