Athens, April 25, 2014 – Frigoglass announces that the Board of Directors resolution on the 20th of March 2014 according to which, Mr. George – Pavlos Leventis has been appointed as new member of the Board of Directors, in replacement of Mr. Christodoulos – Robert Leventis, who resigned from his position as member of the Board of Directors, was registered with the general commercial registry on the 23rd of April 2014 following a same day notification received by the Ministry of Development.

Following the above, the composition of the Board of Directors has as follows:

1.    Haralambos David of Georgios, Chairman - Non-executive member
2.    Ioannis Androutsopoulos of Constantine, Vice-Chairman - Independent Non-executive member
3.    Torsten Tuerling, Managing Director – Executive member
4.    Loukas Komis of Dimitrios, Secretary – Non-executive member
5.    Doros Constantinou of Giagos, Non-executive member
6.    Evangelos Kaloussis of Ioannis, Independent Non-executive member
7.    Alexandra Papalexopoulos of Theodoros, Independent Non-executive member
8.    George – Pavlos Leventis of Constantine, Non-executive member
9.    Vasileios Fourlis of Stylianos, Independent Non-executive member

The above election will be announced to the forthcoming general meeting of the shareholders of the Company according to art. 18 par. 7 of law 2190/1920.
