According to article 4 of Decision 5/204/14.11.2000 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company during its meeting dated May 6th, 2004 appointed Mr Majid Al-Mugla as non-executive member replacing Mr. Omar S. Bazuhair, also non-executive member, who resigned.
