Election of new member to the BoD of the Company

01 December 2011 - The Board of Directors of Hellenic Exchanges, at its meeting today, elected Mr. Constantinos Vousvounis, as new non-executive member, in place of Mr. Spyridon Pantelias who resigned. Mr. Vousvounis is Head of Global Corporate & Investment Banking at EFG Eurobank.

In addition the BoD appointed Mr. Konstantinos Mitropoulos, a current non-executive member of the BoD, as an independent member.

The abovementioned changes will be announced at the next General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company, as required by the law.
