Election of new member to the BoD of the Company

1 September 2010 - HELEX's Board of Directors, at its meeting yesterday, elected Mrs. Sofia Kounenaki-Efraimoglou, Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, in place of Mr. Ulysses Kyriakopoulos who resigned. The election of the new member will be put to shareholders for approval at the next General Meeting of the company.

Following this change, the Board of Directors of the Company was formed as a body and its composition is as follows:

Iakovos Georganas	Chairman, non-executive member
Adamantini Lazari	Vice-Chairman, non-executive member
Spyros Capralos	Chief Executive Officer, executive member
Alexandros Antonopoulos	Non-executive member
Artemis Theodoridis	Non-executive member
Sofia Kounenaki - Efraimoglou	Independent non-executive member
Konstantinos Mitropoulos	Non-executive member
Nikolaos Milonas	Independent non-executive member
Spyridon Pantelias	Non-executive member
Alexandros Tourkolias	Non-executive member
Nikolaos Chryssochoidis	Non-executive member

Furthermore, the Board of Directors of the Company, appointed Mr. Alexandros Antonopoulos as a new member of the Audit Committee, to replace Mr. Ulysses Kyriakopoulos. The composition of the Audit Committee of the Company is as follows:
