Election of new member to the BoD of the Company

April 19^th 2010 - Hellenic Exchanges' Board of Directors, at its meeting today, elected Mr. Alexandros Antonopoulos, as new non-executive member, in place of Mr. Avgoustinos Vitzilaios who resigned. Mr. Antonopoulos is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Loans and Consignments Fund.

The election of the new member will be put to shareholders for approval at the next General Meeting of the company.
