It is announced that, according to article 4 para. 1 of the Decision 5/204/2000 of the Capital Market Committee, the company under the name EMMY BUILDING MATERIALS SA, a subsidiary of GENERAL CEMENT COMPANY HERACLES, purchased on 18.3.2005, from the company under the name HERACLES SHIPPING COMPANY SA, shares corresponding to a percentage of 5%, issuance of the company under the name AMPER COMPUTER SERVICES SA, a subsidiary of EMMY BUILDING MATERIALS SA, against total price of euros 9.603,32.
