Due to the transfer of the shares of the company O. DARING S.A.I.N. S.A. to the "under supervision" trading status (Market C) and according to Regulation no 33 (5/11/1999) of the ATHEX BoD, it is stated the erasure of the specific share from each index that it participates.

The above share, participated in the High Velocity Index and Industrial Price Index from which it was erased as of 26.6.2003.

According to the Ground Rules for the Management & Calculation of the Price Indices of the ATHEX Shares Market (par. 10.7) the above shares is replaced instantly by the first-in-rank share, according to the classification criteria of the correspondent index at the most recent ordinary revision.

Specifically, the following changes will take place: the share of the company O. DARING S.A.I.N. S.A. is replaced by the share of the company KOSTAS LALZARIDIS S.A. (CB) in the High Velocity Index weighted by 100% and by the share of the company ZENON S.A. ROBOTICS & INFORMATICS in the Industrial Price Index.

The replacement will take place after the trading session of 26.6.2003.
