The company ALAPIS S.A. announces the establishment of the company with the corporate name Alapis Cropscience, whose scope is the production of seeds, standardization, research and commerce of multiplicative material, chemicals and fertilizers, commerce of alcohol and ethanol, the transportation and storage of chemical products and the establishment and usage of warehouse facilities.
The new company is headquartered in Palaio Faliro.
The company's share capital amounts to 60.000 euro.
The shareholder of the company is ALAPIS S.A., holding 99,99% of the share capital.
