It is announced that the listed company HYGEIA S.A. has established a company in Tirana, Albania, that will create and operate the first Private Clinic of Albania.
The company name of the new company is "HYGEIA HOSPITAL - TIRANA" SH.A., the initial share capital is 1.000.000 euro, that will be increased gradually depending on the development of the investment program. Shareholders of the new company are HYGEIA S.A. by a participation rate of 80% and the businessman Shyqyri Duraku by 20%.
The clinic, that will have a total surface of 24.000 s.q. mt approximately, will be erected at a building site of a surface of 17.000 s.q. mt approximately that is located at a central avenue of Tirana.
The total amount of the investment is estimated to exceed the amount of 40.000.000 euros, that will be covered by own and foreign capitals.
